  1. I’m located in Ohio and wanted to comment on Jordan’s statement concerning cease of utility incentives. The only utility moving forward with ‘freezing incentives’ is First Energy….and this is only in Ohio – they will not be freezing these in other states they do business in. While it’s greatly disappointing, First Energy’s incentives were not very agressive (as little as $.05/kWh savings). I’ve been using this as a catalyst to recommend moving forward wih energy efficiency projects so the customer CAN BE MORE IN CONTROL of having to pay First Energy, and their subsidiaries….Ohio Edison, Toledo Edison, The Illuminating Company, etc, as little as they possibly can for energy usage.
